A Red Flag, for Red Flag 📰

Saturday night’s headliner will go on, but the WBC Super-Middleweight title will only be at stake for Roamer Alexis Angulo. 🇺🇸David Benavidez has been stripped after missing weight by nearly three pounds of the contracted 168 lb limit. Benavidez tipped the scales at ⚖️170.8 lbs and didn’t attempt to cut the weight. Angulo weighed in at ⚖️167.6 lbs.

This is the second time Benavidez has lost the belt outside of the ring.
