Munguia and Inoue put on a show in Houston

Jaime Munguia and Takeshi Inoue gave the fans a show Saturday night at the Toyota Center in Houston.

Munguia was in tough all night against a game Inoue who displayed a chin of iron and huge heart, but in the end the 22 year old WBO Jr Middleweight champ did more to take the rounds and retained his title with a wide unanimous victory (120-108, 120-108, 119-109).

Munguia (32-0, 26 KOs): 311 of 998 total punches (31.2%)

Inoue (13-1-1, 7 KOs): 134 of 542 total punches (24.7%).
