It appears a big matchup against WBC Super-Featherweight Champion 🇲🇽Miguel Berchelt is up soon, something that Valdez welcomes with open arms.  He would later say that it would be an honor for him to fight with Berchelt, citing the legendary 🇲🇽Marco Antonio Barrera and 🇲🇽Erik Morales wars, in anticipating that a all-Mexico war of that caliber may ensue.
