Povetkin Turns Out the Lights on Whyte to Win Interim Title

It looked like 🥇🇷🇺Alexander “Sasha” Povetkin, could be finished off at any moment. The former WBA Heavyweight World Champion had been put down twice in the fourth round by 🇯🇲🇬🇧Dillian “The Body Snatcher” Whyte in the final Matchroom Fight Camp card Saturday, and didn’t appear to have any momentum on his side to pull a rabbit out of the hat.

Povetkin & Hunter Live Up to the Bill, Fight to a Credible Draw Verdict

As manifested, this was the best fight on the card, and these 2 Heavyweight contenders showed their worth at the top of the contender list as American 🇺🇸Michael “The Bounty” Hunter Jr. (18-1-1, 12KO👊) established himself as a threat early, and Russia’s 🥇🇷🇺Alexander Povetkin (35-2-1, 24KO👊) proved to be able to still perform consistently at the age of 40.
