We are just two days away now from ESPN’s mega-headliner between 👑🥇🥇🇺🇦Vasiliy “Loma” Lomachenko (14-1-0, 10KO), and 🇺🇸Teofimo “Takeover” Lopez (15-0-0, 12KO) unification bout for Lightweight supremacy.  This contest has drawn interest from the boxing contingent as being the first huge bout (on the men’s side of the sport) since the pandemic hit, so the thirst surrounding the event is coupled with its natural implications of being a big fight featuring a young, talented, hungry 🦁lion in Lopez, and a supremely skilled, driven walking accomplishment, such as Lomachenko. Tré Berry’s Prediction & Breakdown for Naoya Inoue vs. Manny Rodriguez

THOUGHTS – When this 🎥World Boxing Super Series (WBSS) tournament was announced, and they revealed who would be participating in it, the main match-up that excited me right out of the gate was the prospects of Inoue possibly fighting Rodriguez, though of course wasn’t certain whether their paths would cross, or what the seeding would even be. Fortunate enough for me, it happened to line up that way where they will meet in the second round of this tournament.
