Undisputed Champion Katie Taylor and Jennifer Han Set to Get Down to Business on DAZN Undercard

September 4th marks the return of ๐Ÿช™5x amateur World Champ, 2012 Olympic Gold-Medalist, current Ring-Magazine #1 P4P women’s boxer, and reigning unbeaten Undisputed Lightweight Champion of the World ๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿฅ‡๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช“Irish” Katie Taylor (18-0-0, 6KO๐Ÿ‘Š), as she looks to make a 11th defense as a Lightweight titlist, and a 4th defense of her Undisputed moniker over the 135 lb. division.

KATIE ALL THE BELTS

Taylor’s opponent for this one will be #1 IBF Lightweight contender ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธJennifer Han (18-3-1, 1KO๐Ÿ‘Š), who is a former IBF Featherweight titlist. Han moved up 2 divisions, making her Lightweight debut in 2020. Considering that she’s a skilled boxer with no power, it’s hard to see her having a good deal of success in this scenario, but the 38 year old El Paso, Texas native will try her hand against one of the sports elite, as, she tries to make a late push for her legacy.

JENNIFER HAN

Katie’s last time out, she had her most difficult assignment as a pro in terms of the pure skill factor, and that came at the hands of talented British Olympian ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡งNatasha Jonas, who fought Katie close through 10 rounds in an action bout, with Katie winning a Unanimous Decision victory, but with all 3 scorecards rendered razor close with no more than a 2 point differential in the official tallies of the judges.

The Katie Taylor vs. Jennifer Han Undisputed bout will be the co-main event to the Mauricio Lara/Josh Warrington II card, and will take place in Leeds, Yorkshire, at the ๐ŸŸ๏ธHeadingly Rugby League Stadium on Saturday, September 4th, and will be shown on ๐Ÿ’ปDAZN’s streaming platform.
