Spong is Out, Witherspoon is In as the Usyk Show Continues on October 12th 🗞️

Upon revelation yesterday that there were some adverse findings in the VADA testing process for 🇳🇱Tyrone Spong, he was immediately pulled off of Saturday night’s card. Fortunate for ♛🥇🇺🇦Oleksandr Usyk (16-0-0, 12KO👊), there were reportedly multiple replacement fighters already in place in the event of something like this happening, and today we have learned that the fighter stepping in for Saturdays assignment will be veteran American Heavyweight 🇺🇸Chazz Witherspoon (38-3-0, 29KO👊).

Continuing to reign as the Lineal Cruiserweight Champion of the World until further notice, It has been musical chairs for Usyk when it came to opponents for his inaugural Heavyweight contest, through situations that occurred outside of his own power, stemming from his injury that took his May 25th day away against 🇫🇷Carlos Takam, and now with Tyrone Spong popping dirty in testing. Hopefully for his sake, everything goes according to plan leading up to October 12th. Witherspoon at this present time is 38 years of age, and last fought a scheduled 8 round contest against Santander Silgado, and won the contest via a RTD verdict.
