Undercard Watch: Martin Murray vs Hassan N’Dam N’Jikam

Feeling that he is only one loss away from retirement, Martin Murray, the British hard luck world championship contender, will step into the ring with Cameroonian born French based fight veteran Hassan N’dam N’Jikam Saturday on the Josh Warrington vs Carl Frampton undercard in Manchester, England.

Both Murray (37-4-1, 17KO) and N’Dam N’Jikam (36-3, 21KO) view the 12 round middleweight clash as a crossroads battle, looking to make their way back into title contention in the division.

For Murray, the last real shot he has had at a world title came in a split decision loss to Arthur Abraham in 2015.

N’dam N’Jikam most recently won a very controversial split decision over Ryota Murata in Japan in 2017 that was immediately ordered to rematch later that year and saw N’Dam N’Jikam fall by seventh round TKO.
